Sign in with the email you used at checkout.
What you can do in the portal
- View your license key — always available on your order page
- Download invoices and receipts — PDFs for any past payment
- Update your payment method — new card, change billing address
- Cancel a subscription — takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then
- Change the email on file — updates where receipts and renewal notices go
Things we handle, not Polar
- Refund requests — email support@aichatarchive.app within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy.
- Bug reports, feature requests, general questions — same address.
- Lost license key — use the Restore Purchase flow.
Why is everything in Polar?
AI Chat Archive runs no backend for user management — we have no database of your name, email, or payment details. Polar, as our Merchant of Record, handles all of that. This keeps the Service's privacy story clean: conversation content never leaves your device, and customer data lives with a company whose entire business is handling it responsibly.
It also means there's no extra account to create. The email you used to buy is your account. If you forget it, Polar's login flow will try to remind you — or contact us and we'll help.
